1. Shipping Origin & Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched from our primary fulfillment center in Yiwu, China. As a Hong Kong-based company, this allows us to ensure direct quality control and efficient international logistics.

• Packing Time (Handling Time): Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and packing. This period is not included in the shipping estimates below.
• Note: Our logistics team operates Monday to Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Estimates (United States)

We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. For our customers in the United States, please refer to the estimated transit times below:

• Total Timeline: From the date you place your order, you can expect to receive your package within 9-18 business days (2-3 days processing + 7-15 days transit).
• Business Days: Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

3. Customs & Duties

All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Any import duties, VAT, or local taxes are fully covered by us, meaning there will be no additional fees or surprise charges upon delivery. We handle all customs clearances so you can shop with peace of mind.
