1. Shipping Origin & Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched from our primary fulfillment center in Yiwu, China. As a Hong Kong-based company, this allows us to ensure direct quality control and efficient international logistics.
- Packing Time (Handling Time): Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and packing. This period is not included in the shipping estimates below.
- Note: Our logistics team operates Monday to Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Estimates (United States)

3. Customs & Duties
All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any import fees, VAT, or local taxes charged by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your local import policies before ordering.
