Prescription Verification

At Godestar, your eye health is our priority. In compliance with the U.S. Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act (FCLCA), we are required to verify your prescription before shipping lenses to U.S. customers.

How to Verify Your Prescription

You can complete the verification through any of the following convenient methods:

1. Direct Upload (Fastest)
On Product Page: Look for the “Upload Prescription” button right before adding the item to your cart.
On This Page: Use the secure upload field below to submit your valid copy (photo or scan).


2. Email Submission
Send a clear photo of your prescription to service@godestar.com.
Please include your Full Name and Order ID in the subject line for faster processing.


3. Verification via Your Doctor
Provide your eye doctor’s name and contact information (email or phone).
We will contact them directly for verification.
The 8-Hour Rule: Your prescriber has 8 business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 a.m.–5 p.m., excluding holidays) to respond.


Automatic Approval: If they do not respond within this window, your prescription will be automatically verified, and your order will ship.
Don’t Have a Prescription?

A valid prescription is required for all contact lenses, including non-corrective colored lenses.

Eye Exam: Please schedule an exam with a licensed eye care professional.
Online Services: Some certified online providers can help you obtain or renew a prescription remotely.
