Return & Refund

1. 14-Day Return Window You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your items (based on the delivery date provided by the tracking record).

2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and Unused: The product must be in its original, sealed packaging.

  • Resalable Condition: Items that have been opened, damaged, or altered by the customer will not be accepted for return.

  • Note: Please inspect your items for any external damage or incorrect items before opening the product seal.

3. Return Process

  • Step 1: Contact Us. Email us at service@godestar.com with your order number and the reason for return. Please do not send items back to the address listed on the shipping label; we will provide a specific return address once your request is approved.

  • Step 2: Shipping. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  • Step 3: Provide Tracking. Please send us the tracking number and the tracking website of your return parcel.

4. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos or videos of the issue. After verification, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5-7 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

  • The product has been opened or the seal is broken.

  • The product is correct, but the color or parameters do not meet personal preferences (e.g., eye parameters for contact lenses).

  • Returns requested after the 14-day window.
