We suggest that you make careful and correct decision when you make your size choice because we can’t exchange the ring engraved or customized. If you got the wrong size ring, please get contact with our customer service. We would like to exchange the size for you if you pay the shipping fee for return and reship.

All package will be processed about three days after the order is placed

We will send an email to your contact email when we ship your package .If you didn’t receive the email you can send an email with your order number or other information about your order to our customer service.

Yes. Please send us an email as soon as possible .We can change it for you before we engrave the item/ ship your package out.
We can help you return the product you don’t want but we reserve the right to purchase the shipping&handing, restocking fee.
