Step 1: Preparation Wash hands with oil-free soap and dry with a lint-free towel. Cleanliness is key to eye safety.
Step 2: Check Lens Place the lens on your fingertip. Ensure it’s a "U" shape (correct), not a flared "V" shape (inside out).
Step 3: Insertion Hold your upper and lower eyelids open. Gently place the lens on the center of your eye or the white part. Blink slowly to settle.
Step 4: Removal Look up, slide the lens down to the white of your eye, and gently pinch it with your thumb and forefinger.
Safety Warning: Consult an eye care professional before use. If irritation occurs, remove immediately.
