1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

All orders are processed within 3 business days after being placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Our order processing and shipping procedures are split into two steps.

  1. Order Processing: This means we are prepare your order for shipment. We need 1-3 working days to prepare your order according to our numerous orders every day. This entails checking the stock of your order, in some cases securing more stock, and ends with a thorough product quality inspection check.
  2. Shipping: This means that your order is leaving our warehouse and heading to you! Shipping time can vary depending on your location and shipping method.
